The price of a home in Nelson has jumped 10.7 percent over the first 3 months of 2017.  Last year the average sale price for a single family home in Nelson has was $434,025.  In 2016 the average was $392,082.

The average number of days that a home is on the market is basically unchanged at 69 days for this year compared to 68 days for last year.
